I photographed {the D. Family} this summer to celebrate their adorable boys turning three and one respectively.  In my experience three year olds are the best age to photograph!  Master T proved me right, and was a total ham for my camera.  I loved seeing his personality come out in the pictures.  Master D was your typical one year old and through lots of bribery, he allowed me to photograph him as well.  Here’s a peek into their session!

Meet {Master T}, age 3 and proud of it!

I was able to photograph Miss L this past weekend.  Her mom is also a fabulous photographer, but everyone knows that it’s hardest to photograph your own children!  She was gracious enough to let me come up and play with her adorable baby.  In addition, we got to take advantage of the gorgeous autumnal colors we’ve been experiencing this fall.  They had a beautiful maple tree in their front yard which made for a splendid backdrop.  And it barely rained, it was a fantastic day for a photo session.  Here’s a peek at the results!

Hello folks!  I took a break this summer as I spent more time with my family, and tried to adjust the balance between doing photography sessions and family life.  It’s been a challenge at times, and I thank everyone for their patience this summer!

I got back into the action photographing this delicious newborn boy last week.  He was very alert and awake, and poor little bub just wanted to nurse from his mama.  It made for a interesting photo shoot, but we got some beautiful awake baby shots before we finally got some fun sleeping baby shots.  Introducing baby boy P!

What do I love doing with sleeping babies?  Use them as hat stands!

I wasn’t kidding about using him as a hat stand.  :)

I had the pleasure of photographing this cute couple and their dachshunds last fall, and was so excited when they called me up again to photograph the new addition to their family.  Baby W was a dream baby to photograph!  Not only was he oh-so-sleepy and bendy, he rarely complained about any of the positions as I was arranging him.  I had so many favorite shots from this photoshoot it was hard to come up with only a few for the sneak peek.  However, I think my favorite part was also that I wasn’t the recipient of the stray pee blast this time (sorry Baby W dad!).  :)   Here’s Baby W’s sneak peek, I hope you find him as adorable as I did!

Baby W is so pleased to meet you
